Philo Dough vs. Puff Pastry
Yesterday I made an Asparagus Gallette that required Puff Pastry. I figured it would be best to get at the store. In the frozen section I saw both Philo Dough and Puff Pastry. I am super excited but also nervous because I am getting more and more requests for custom made pottery items. The items themselves are not necessarily difficult to make, but I still worry that my sets won’t be identical or that I won’t make them on time. I am about to start teaching at the university next week and don’t know how much time that is going to take out of my week,...
